Rowan Mystery Afghan

Posted by Crazy Knitter22 at 12:30 pm 0 comments
Of course hubby wanted one too.

The pattern is from Rowan, the Pure Wool Worsted Mystery Afghan Knit-a-long.
I replaced the yarn with Stylecraft Simply Aran.
It works well with any worsted or aran yarn.

The pattern can be downloaded from here

I did the 17 colour version (i didn't add the border though)

Patch Sampler Throw

Posted by Crazy Knitter22 at 12:18 pm 0 comments
I actually never knitted a throw before. When i was finished i knew why.
5 colours in 5 patterns can become a little boring.
Still i love it and it keeps me warm in front of the TV.

I used James C. Brett Aztek Aran yarn which is absolutely gorgeous and i will get more for a jumper.
The pattern is free from here

Patterns for Sale!!

Posted by Crazy Knitter22 at 11:57 am 0 comments
I am selling my collection of
Knitting and crochet patterns ranging from the 1950's (some probably even earlier) up to present day. The condition of the pattern is in the description.
The prices range from 60p up to £5 depending on condition and if it's just a leaflet or a booklet with multiple patterns.
I also will be listing magazines and books in the future.
My personal collection needs to shrink to a manageable size.
I will be listing almost daily, so check back regularly.
Remember the more you buy in one go, the cheaper P&P.
