The pattern is by the UK Hand Knitting Association and is a relatively new one. 

I have spotted it in several eBay stores

White Baby Cardi & Jumper DK

Here i knitted a white set.

I used a cheap baby yarn i bought from B&M (the first and last time)

It is not very soft compared to other baby yarns.

Anyway the patterns i used is again a vintage one by Marriner 1963

DK 18-24"

I used a vintage pattern by Hayfield 1178

18-20" 3ply/4ply/DK
