WIP Sirdar Cowl

 Not being a big fan of doing Fairisle work straight, but still thought it looked a nice and the some of the colours of the yarn was 50% off, I thought OK I'll got for it.

Oddly enough the colours work really well together. And I am getting better along as I was expecting. But I still prefer Fairisle work knitted in rounds.

Waistcoat for Hubby

 I finished 2 days spare hubby's Xmas pressie.

The yarn used is Sirdar Harrap Tweed DK

It turned out really nice. There was just the issue with the zip on the collar. I didn't like the way it looked and first thought of adding a piece of fabric to cover it up but then I thought I just knit a few rows and then fold it over. Not it looks neat.

Pink Dress

Midnight Blue

That was a quick one.

No idea why they called it a tunic. It's just a sweater that is a bit longer.

Made from Sirdar Dapple Shade 80 Midnight Blues

75% Acrylic, 25% Wool

Seriously, if you can get Sirdar Dapple buy some. It knits just beautifully and it's very soft.

Ella Sweater WIP

I have started with my customised Sirdar Ella sweater. I have decided to use the pattern back, front and sleeves.
I changed the border to a 2x2 rib and made it longer.
Depending on how much I have left I will decide between long or 3/4 sleeves. So far I love it.

The lace pattern is from the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible.

I knitted this one again, it is the same type of yarn but DK and not Aran as this one is.
