Lace Shawl

 Finished yesterday. I started it some time ago and finally finished the last few rows.

It's going to be a X-mas gift for my mum.

Pattern is out of  Romantic Lace Knitting

The yarn is Ice Yarns: Cakes Angora

It's nice and light but I expected it to be a little softer.

I used maybe 1 and a 1/4 cake

The yarn is again Aldi So Crafty Aran 400g

Colour: Claret Red

I used pretty much exactly 800g for the largest size.

 Probably the most inexpensive jumper I ever made.
