Repeat Pattern Socks

Posted by Crazy Knitter22 at 10:23 pm 0 comments

I really enjoyed knitting this pattern from my new Japanese Pattern book so I did another pair.

This is a Merino wool and silk mix. I was expecting it to be a bit softer. It felt really sturdy for two so soft fibres. I wasn't expecting that. But it knitted well.

Noro Sekku Lace Stole

Posted by Crazy Knitter22 at 4:17 pm 0 comments
I had to make at least one piece from Noro yarn.
I found some discontinued Noro Sekku lace weight yarn.
Very colourful but pretty and lovely to knit.

If we ever win the lottery i have a long list of special yarns i want to buy ;O)

Anyway this is a very long V shaped stole called Ajaccio you can find in

I still have some left which i might use for little teddy bear hats and jumpers :O)

Sublime Baby Silk & Bamboo

A bolero style jacket made from Sublime Baby Silk & Bamboo

Lovely yarn this is, very soft and cool.
As it is not the yarn suggested for the pattern it was a bit of guessing work.
You will need 7 balls of yarn for the largest size if you use Sublime Baby Silk & Bamboo and probably about 5 for the smallest size.
